Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING AVAILABLE!

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has entered the shipping process.

All orders are set to be delivered between 12-15 business days. This is our standard shipping time and it is free of charge.

Shipping times depend highly on the location of customer and the current economic environment. Given the strain that COVID-19 has placed on the global supply chain, please be flexible in shipping times. While we strive to have your order delivered within 15 business days, there may be occasional delays due to supply chain issues brought on by the pandemic.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at entrepreneurbrand2022@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
